The question wasn't about whether Jews have a right to the land of historical Judea, however. The question was about calling for the genocide of Jews. It's perfectly fine to say, "yes, that would be harassment if it occurred, but to my knowledge nobody has literally called for the genocide of Jews," if that's the position of a University President.
