The report on the survey that you linked to is deeply disappointing--numbers that neither show how woman-specific some of the STEM issues are (really important when thinking about solutions!), nor without any depth to suggest what the core problems are (where most attention is needed). I wasn't able to find the original report, just a bunch of short summaries, none of which were satisfying.
Do you know how to get the original survey, or some other fairly recent survey that does some serious comparative analysis to figure out to what extent the problems are gender-specific and with enough specificity so we can start thinking about more specific solutions, if needed, beyond the always-helpful "lift each other up"?
