The scenario is, and I quote,

Would you say the same of 17 year old girl who sneaks her way into a club and then kills her attacker after an attempted rape? Does her self-imposed mission nullify self defense.

What do you think happened here?

To me this sounds like she went into a club she wasn’t supposed to be at, someone tried to rape her there, and she killed them while still in danger.

If this was not the scenario, then how does the “nullify self defense” phrase make any sense? It’s only self defense if you’re actively in danger!
