The state of women's pockets is ridiculous--it's like phone designers and designers of women's clothing live on different planets, because the former keep getting larger and larger, and pockets, well, at least don't keep up. (I don't think bag designers have quite got the picture either...I've seen multiple purses and backpacks-marketed-for-women that have pockets clearly designed for phones smaller than the smallest smartphone on the market.)

But don't worry! Things are becoming more equal!

The latest pair of men's jeans I bought has front pockets too small for my phone. (It technically fits, but is uncomfortable.)

And the latest pair of men's pants that I bought has rear pockets of a size such that they...dropped my wallet out in the last cafe I frequented. No buttons, of course.

Ah, equality!
