There is no scientific evidence that the fetuses of that gestational age are "people". Not only that, there is scientific evidence that they're not, even though they are people-to-be.

If I say curses are real, I need evidence.

If you say a 15 week old fetus is a person, you need evidence.

If the evidence is super-obvious, like "it's human, and if all goes well will grow into an adult", then you need an argument about why at this point it needs all the protections we afford "people" who have the capacity to think or sense things. The typical arguments presuppose at least baseline sentience.
