There's definitely that strain of thought within feminism. But there's also a lot of defense of generalizations, as long as the target is cishet white men, and a lot of attacks on "not all men" used to object to generalizations within feminism.
For example, Robert linked to a Vox article that took a stronger stance in favor of generalizations and against "not all men" than he did.
So I don't think we can say that feminism unambiguously teaches that stereotypes are wrong. We can still embrace the idea of the wrongness of stereotyping, whether we're convinced/taught by feminism that opposes it or some other means, and try to convince others, whether or not they wear a feminist mantle while defending stereotyping.
