They sure are doing a lousy job of genocide, if that's their goal. Maybe starvation will eventually do the trick so for that I'll grant it's an open question still, but in terms of the offensive against Hamas vs. genocide of Palestinians, it's not like it's hard to kill way way way way more people in a densely populated area like Gaza with the kind of military technology that Israel has.

In Rwanda, despite the aggressors mostly using machetes, on the order of 20x more people were killed in the same timeframe.

A charge of callous disregard for civilian casualties is credible (one would have to investigate to see if it was actually true), but that the military offensive is genocidal is not.
