They're not misinformed about there being "endless" (i.e. many) injured or dead Gazans, though. That is reality. (Not all of reality, but reality nonetheless.)

I think it's pretty reasonable to have a visceral reaction to many people being injured or killed, don't you? It's also pretty reasonable to attend to whether people are continuing to die in large numbers right now, or whether it's something that already happened and might happen again but isn't ongoing.

I don't think you're doing a very good job here of expressing the nature of the misinformation, to the extent that there is misinformation.
