This all looks correct to me, but the take-home message is a little weird.

Biology has exceptions for, like, everything.

Humans have color vision. Except those few who don't or don't see color as distinctly as usual. (Sometimes it's practical to accommodate them; sometimes not.)

Humans can walk. Except those few who can't, or can't very well. (Sometimes it's practical to accommodate them, sometimes not.)

Humans' immune systems attack intruders, not themselves. Except for those few which do, to some extent. (We try to help them out.)

Humans are male and female. Except for those few who aren't, or aren't as solidly dimorphic as usual. (We should accommodate them when practical.)

You can't get anywhere in biology, practically, by insisting on a complete lack of exceptions--and that goes for making sense of biology by grouping things into categories!

So, yes, humans see in color, walk on two legs, have an immune system that attacks others but not self, and are males and females.

But exceptions exist, which we deal with as such.

You say, ""Two by two" is a myth." But it's not a myth, not any more than the other things are myths. It's very close to the truth. The woke part comes if you deny how close to the truth it is; the reactionary part if you insist that it is the whole truth with no exceptions.

You can find plenty of mistakes of both types.
