This is absolutely not the case. Have you heard of school transcripts?

…w much money the person makes in life? the maximum attained position in the working world? — often, the only available dataset that schools have is the "this is their resume" and "did they get in" dataset, which, by your own admission, will train a discirminatory AI model.
The problem here is how we define success — whether a student made it in?

The school has their own internal quantitative success metric. You don't need to go searching for it. It's right there: grades. And they have their own internal qualitative success metric: did you graduate?
Can you try making your comment again, this time taking into account the dataset that every school actually has?
