This is also true of most third-trimester babies, with the only complication being that they're still inside the woman's body. So it's not a false equivalency for third-trimester abortion (especially later in the third trimester).

You're arguing only the very easiest point, which Ololade isn't even obviously making.
If one means, "Once a baby has a reasonable chance to survive outside the mother, then it should be delivered rather than aborted," then to answer a question like the one Ololade raised, one can just say that.
If one means something else, then one must say something else--but one should at least address the main thrust of the question, not evade it.
