This is very weird. You are using, with no better support, exactly the same kind of arguments that racists use to claim that there is no racism. You even say so.
And at least some of your claims are just as easily disproved as are the racists' claims. For instance, it's entirely possible to measure analytical reasoning ability.
I think founding a "conservative university" is a bad idea. Firstly, there are plenty of religious universities which are already conservative. Secondly, a key mission of the university is to promote free inquiry, which isn't very likely when you're explicitly denouncing certain conclusions. But that doesn't mean that criticisms like yours aren't also a bad idea. Accepting reasoning like this validates those who would use the same form, with the same degree of support, to block racial justice.
