This statement is the crux of your argument in favor of your thesis (i.e. "Can a Black Person Be Racist? No."), but you offer it as a bare claim.

Why must it take the power of social institutions for it to count as "racism"? Shouldn't there be some sort of intersubjectively-grounded argument here?
