To be fair, it's written pretty well. There are some blunders ("secession of Crimea"...um...right, like that's going to fact-check well for a Western audience), but it's not all lies.
Propaganda is way more convincing if it contains some awkward truths to get you going, "Wait, but I thought..." and then make you vulnerable to the big lies like "as in most countries in Europe including Russia, there are some far-right ultranationalist arguably Neo-Nazis in Ukraine, and therefore we have to destroy the country".
