To be fair, people often do quite a bit that is complaint-worthy, and sometimes the problems can be somewhat curtailed via responding to complaints. But it is a mistake to expect anyone to conform to one's own idea of angelic, not least because one's own idea of what is angelic is as likely to be wrong as most anyone else's.
