Ugh, not this again. Read the tenets listed in Critical Race Theory: an Introduction, 3rd ed. (Delgado and Stefancic, 2017), and the section about the future of CRT (especially pp. 157-158) to gain a little context for what the founders of CRT think can count as CRT, and then read Oregon's draft ethnic studies curriculum for K-12.
Just because the right has exaggerated and misrepresented something doesn't mean that everything they say about it is totally off-base. Even if it's based on nothing, a stopped clock is right twice a day, isn't it? And sometimes there's a bit more than nothing there.
