We certainly need what you're advocating for, but you didn't address the initial claim which was that the label "feminism", at least in places like the United States, no longer means these things but instead means annoying girl bosses who constantly complain about their rights despite having full rights to everything, etc..

This kind of leaves a hole in your argument, no? To have a complete argument you would either need to argue that (1) feminism never means that in practice anyway (it's a caricature, or a phenotype displayed by a few women who aren't actually feminists of any stripe), or (2) those elements of feminism that to tend to mean that are misconstruals of the feminist agenda and shouldn't be equated with feminism as a whole.
