The problem of other minds isn't any less acute in any other regime. We have decent ad hoc solutions: substitute declaration, revealed preference, and consistency in place of precise measurement of state, and continue as normal, keeping in mind that error is more likely when inferences are weaker (which they are in cases of other minds).
