Well, that's possibly because when I read something, I think about it. Regarding your conclusion not being disputed either--I mean, if people can't tell the difference between 8 and 10, how do you think they're likely to catch any other mistakes?
You didn't reply to my comment about Florida being better than your average blue state...isn't that indicative of something maybe being a little awry with your advice?
Another exercise: for people in 15 out of 25 red states your advice is expected to improve things, but for 10 out of 25, your advice is expected to make things worse! That's pretty shaky advice, wouldn't you say? Especially when you could say, "Hey, move to Maine, Washington, West Virginia, Delaware, Kentucky, Oregon, New Hampshire, or Vermont if you can!"
This is the kind of thing you'd say if you were actually basing your conclusion on your analysis.
