Intolerance is intolerance. Tautology.

Intolerance of intolerance is intolerance--cancel culture is intolerant.

Intolerance of intolerance of intolerance is intolerance--those who all-caps hate cancel culture are intolerant.

Intolerance of intolerance of intolerance is also intolerance of intolerance. Those who hate cancel culture ironically have a lot in common with those who embrace it: both are intolerant of intolerance, just a different kind of intolerance.

Regarding experience leading to prejudice--that's what we do as finite biological beings: try to predict what will happen based on experience, and our instincts towards hasty generalization have generally served us well in the past ("maybe this cobra is friendly?"). However, this is a separate topic; I would prefer to focus here mostly on the paradox of tolerance and its lack of generalization to things like hatred.
