Welllll, if someone is "black or brown" and says stuff like "all white people are racist", and that absolutely happens these days, it's not just that poor "white" people are refusing to accept them as partners. Sometimes that absolutely happens. But sometimes it's that they don't want partners who are going to beat them up emotionally.

It's a deeper, bigger mess than you're letting on here. When enemies and potential allies are mixed together, there's a huge potential for civilian casualties, so to speak, which turns potential allies into enemies.
