What is absurd is that you never support your points.

I want evidence. Direct unambiguous evidence. You know, facts. Like you said.

You keep providing insinuation, hearsay, undocumented claims, evidence of something different than what you claimed, and so on and so forth.

If you claim that something is a matter of public record, link the public record that shows it! Why is this so hard? Maybe because...you...don't actually know what you're talking about, and if you ever try to find it you don't find what you want and you get angry instead of admitting that it's maybe more complicated than you thought or you might even be wrong? That would fit the observations so far nicely. Other hypotheses might fit too, but the ones you offer don't pass even minimal scrutiny: you claim you like to help people understand things one breath after saying you aren't going to expend any effort to help understand the issue you're talking about.

Also, even large language models understand that all caps are yelling. How do you not? Google Bard explains thusly when asked: "Yes, writing in all caps is generally considered yelling. This is because capital letters take up more space and appear louder on the screen. In the real world, when someone yells, they are speaking loudly and forcefully. This is the same effect that all caps has in writing."

Hey, look, guess what? I made a factual claim about all caps being yelling and I backed it up with evidence. Direct, relevant evidence. Go ask Google Bard yourself if you like. The query string I used is, "Is writing stuff in all caps considered yelling?" (Psst, ChatGPT knows it too. And you can find articles and stuff on it with Google.)

This is how you document your claims with evidence. No weaseling around with excuses like, "I was not put on Earth to spell out for you why caps are yelling."
