Also, for the record, if someone perceives themselves to be a victim but they are not, then they need to blame someone as the victimizer who is actually blameless. This could provide a valid link between a discussion of victim mentality and a claim of personal non-racism. (I didn't see what was there, so I don't know. I'm just pointing out that it's not impossible a priori that the two could be connected.)
