When Simon's being equally snarky, dismissive, and patronizing, yeah, he probably gets equal pushback--I remember some older stuff like that. But in his later stuff (post name-change) where he tends to take a more conciliatory and supportive tone towards men, my very vague impression is that he gets something like 2:1 positive comments from men, whereas my eyeballing is that it's about 5:1 against for Robert.
