Who? SC's story or the one AP wrote about? I don't see any avowed incels attacking SC.
Anyway, I agree that there are a large enough fraction of men who behave antagonistically towards women in various ways that having to deal with such antagonism from men is a typical experience of being a woman, that men especially could do a lot more than they actually do to curb such behavior, and that the failure to do so also is a form of antagonism-by-proxy.
However, I think endorsing an attitude like "all men hate women" or even "women feel hated by all men" is one of the worst things one could possibly do in such a situation, because it makes improvement seem pointless and impossible or at best difficult yet unappreciated.
