Why would you grow plankton in Antarctica if the world has warmed so much you need to move to Antarctica?

Do you genuinely not understand or care about the difference between extinction and billions dying?

Just because the latter is so bad that we should be motivated to take almost any measure to avoid it (except for risking extinction) it does not mean the two are comparable.
