Yes, and?

We live in a universe that has a lot of complexity at least by the measure of our ability to understand and predict it.

In each case, we need to consider the set of factors, abstracted to a sufficient degree that we can grasp them but not so much that we lose causality, that are relevant for the bit of complexity we're trying to understand.

Pretty much everything you listed is a human endeavor, and to understand how those worked out, one of the most central factors is that we evolved. But it is by no means the only factor in any case (though religion comes closest).
