You didn't give examples of government restricting people's freedom. I don't think libertarians claim that government can never possibly in any situation enhance freedom, only that on average it does a lot more restricting than enhancing.
You didn't give a particularly broad view of government interference in the economy. For example, sugar subsidies. Or the economic overhead for projects of environmental impact reports.
And your examples of arguing against voluntary exchanges is really weird...if the person's employment agreement is that the company can up and move any time they want, well, that IS what they agreed to, even if they don't like it when the company ups and moves! This isn't even a counterexample to a voluntary exchange!
I happen to think Libertarianism is misguided nonsense, but you haven't really dug deeply enough to find anything beyond what Republicans call libertarian ideals while taking huge pots of money from huge corporations.
