You don't seem to understand the nature of my critique, if you think the above would fit in my article. The problem philosophers have with science is not that they too often get the science wrong (as you say here) but that they too often get the philosophy wrong. They don't misunderstand the permittivity of free space (or if they do, they keep quiet about it). They misunderstand how one can interrogate reality to reveal that space has such a constant (and don't keep quiet about it).
Given your misunderstanding of my critique, it's not surprising that you didn't find any specific claims of the type you were looking for.
With a more accurate understanding of what I am charging, you can find multiple examples, some stated directly, some in passing.
