You honestly haven't seen examples of every single one of those? You can find examples of all of them on Medium without even blinking. I've seen a DEI training that hit at least three. CRT (the real one, from Bell, Crenshaw, and company) includes as one of its tenets that at least one those is true (according to Delgado & Stefancic's introductory text, among others), and Delgado and Stefancic (gently) endorse another in their introductory textbook on the subject.
It does seem mainly aimed at right-wing scaremongering that doesn't reflect most practices, but that doesn't mean that this all happens never.
I agree that the laws about what college professors must teach are deeply self-contradictory, but Alabama's law would find more than nothing to do.
