You make some good points, but do you even know what Critical Race Theory entails? It's entirely possible to try to put the tenets into K-12 curricula. That doesn't mean one would be successful, or that if successful the endeavor would have a beneficial rather than pernicious effect, but the core ideas would fit on an index card.
Teaching the principles of the organization of the U.S. government is harder, and schools routinely try to do that.
